Named after Maegor the Cruel, per King Jaehaerys's behest, Maegara is forced to face the challenges of carrying on the name of the cruel king as others scrutinize her abilities as a dragon whisperer and warrior princess. After the death of Queen Aemma, Princess Maegara hardens, and undergoes rather unconventional trainings as she unknowingly prepares herself for the Dance of the Dragons. Will Maegara succeed in the Dance, or will her rage consume her?

***This story will take place through the lens of three different relationships, occurring at different moments of Maegara's life: Aemond, Maegara's first love, Ser Erryk Cargyll, and her one true love, Cregan Stark.
