Dante Zamorano has run from his problems for as long as he can remember; since it's the end of senior year, he can finally leave the main thing he is trying to escape: Highschool. The burden of perfection can finally lift, and he can be who he is meant to be.
During the summer before college, Dante meets fellow footballer and F-boy: Forrest Coleman, who happens to be going to Columbia University as Dante. They develop an intense relationship that soon becomes romantic. Forrest pressures Dante to finally face his demons and repair his life.
