In a modern society, 1% of humanity is born with a supernatural ability known as a gift. Gifts can range from just having an extra finger, all the way to being pyrokinetic. 
     
     The "Gifted," as we call them, are monitored by the GIA; the Gifted Intelligence Agency. Once Gifted Children reach the age of 18, they are required to make one of two choices. 
     
     Choice one: Live life as a Normie, with restricted use of their gifts under supervision of the GIA. Get a regular job, live a regular life, forget all about your gift.
     
     Choice two: Begin working for the GIA, taking one of many positions in the Agency and working there as a full time member of the organization.
     
     When 18 year old orphan Sokudo Draco becomes a Liquidator, a member of the GIA who hunts and captures and/or eliminates rogue Gifted, he realizes that this life is a lot more dark than he could ever have imagined. 
     
     Follow his story as he learns that the distinction between good and evil is not as black and white as he once believed.All Rights Reserved

What about the lives they lead? And instead of just focusing on that, what if the superhero and the supervillain knew each other? I mean, can they see behind the mask? No, so their identities are secret. So what if the hero and villain were best friends? What if they were roommates? What if they were falling for each other? And what happens when they find out? Now, I assume you know all of these questions will be answered in this book. But hold on. It's going to take a while. You're in for a bumpy ride. And if any of you got any of the references in this description, give yourself a pat on the back. That is a beautiful thing.
