Custom Goblin

I felt a sharp pain course through my nape.
My vision was blurry, my eyelids heavy.
Voices that I couldn't recognize flew all around me. They were high pitched and almost animal like.

As time passed, my vision became clearer and clearer, and after a few seconds, I managed to make some sense of what was around me.
There where trees, grass and dirt all around. It looks like a forest, but I have no idea how I made it here.

My body slowly started to heat up, and my limbs began to listen to me once more. Slowly and carefully, I moved my hand to the back of my head where I felt a warm liquid.
I removed my hand from my nape and looked at it. There was blood as I had suspected, but the problem wasn't that. The real problem was my hand.

...There were five small, chubby green fingers instead of my slender pale toned ones.
