Ofc like others i use it to help me with school work but i will never support those who us it to get away with doing any of their school work (these people are our future people do we really want someone to cut open our bodies that used chat gpt to write an essay?), use ai to make implicit images and videos of anyone especially the ones of minors, and to make art of any kind.

Writing fan-fictions is not illegal but making fanfics and profiting off it can result in a cease and desist from the original creator.

A cease and desist letter can and may be sent to the publisher of the fanfic, when that is done is it legal? Yes! If a copyright holder doesn't want your fanfic to be published or even exist they have the right to send you a cease and desist letter telling you to stop. This leaves you with no legal recourse in this situation.

All of the actions will be dealt with in orderly fashion by the copyright holder, as it is up to them what to do with a fanfic of their characters.
