Britain is a mixture of despair and hedonism in 1919 in the aftermath of the Great War. Returning soldiers, newly minted revolutions and criminal gangs are fighting for survival in a nation rocked by economic upheaval. Charlotte Thorne has returned back to her birth town only for business, or so she thought so. The once carefree young girl, has become a captivating mature woman, but with a character that doesn't suit a proper lady of the time. Ready to break all the rules she begins her own business. From best friends since childhood with the famous Tomas Shelby, they were now enemies. She was now his biggest antagonist. Will they find the time to admit the feelings they held for one another since they were kids? How will they find balance between their fiery tempered characters?
The queen of Birmingham was now crazy about the biggest gangster of the area, perhaps even of the hole country. Will they manage to find their young selves, how they used to be before the war? Or will they fall again with the new versions of them?
