Wren-Jihan is the most wanted person in all of the sectors. She runs the Silver Sun-an organization bent on taking the Regnant down. 
Ishani is the most respected person in the White Rose Facilities. She runs the Regnant and is one of two heirs to the throne. 
Kalani is the most wanted man in all the sectors. He is on neither side, just trying to live and survive. 

The story of the beginning of the end.
After the war King Igor Borya made a treaty with Mongolia, Kazakhstan, China and Russia. He negotiated to expand the country, (Ghai-Borya) so that he had more room to build and make peace. The only reason they agreed was because they were threatened by Russia. King Igor then created the sectors. How the sectors work is the lower the number the sector, the lower your chance of survival.
