Coral Reef

Author Amy Slater meets a man named Jed Glaze, where they start off as really good friends. Later on, one day, Jed appears hurt in Amy's house, where they start a romantic relationship from then on. So both protagonists go to an island in the Pacific for vacation, where they have to solve a murder, one thast has been troubling Amy in her nights and has been having nightmares. Once they are in the island, they have to fight off some men, which they do successfully, and Amy is able to save an emerald for both her and Jed, from the treasure that was hidden all this time, a long time ago.
