In addition to that, Catrìona is having a very difficult time accepting the fact that Archie is married. Jamie must lead a militia in the hunt for his own godfather. Cailean must fight hard for the people of Barra, but how hard can he fight when the English have all but branded him a former traitor in service of the Crown? Can Jamie find a way to skirt around his duties and save godfather? Will Catrìona find a way to help Maevis before its too late?
