Armed Research Of Paranormal Rated Objects [US.AROPRA] was founded in 1990 by United States Armed Forces. The main site is located in South Central Pennsylvania near Harrisburg, PA. The United States runs the Research Institute of Paranormal Research and, since its inception, the research on paranormal phenomena has continued. AROPRA, as the name implies, does a number of studies and paranormal activities involving paranormal phenomena.
The statement made in the fact sheet claims AROPRA is an independent organization under the United States' jurisdiction. There is no specific mention of the entity's affiliation, but the question should be asked why the United States military would be involved in researching paranormal activity. The military is supposed to be run by God-fearing people, not secular humanists.
