Alexis Mitchell was never the popular girl in school, more like that girl that people asked to do their homework. She was smart, beautiful and talented at many things, but she hid all of that behind a closed off personality, baggy clothes, and glasses. She was never official “liked” by Natasha Williams, the most popular girl in school. So when her entourage pulls a cruel prank on Alexis on the last day of freshman year, everyone agrees that they took it too far. Over the summer, Alexis decides that it’s time for change. She decides to change her personality; inside and out.
She wants to start her sophomore year of high school off on a good foot. She wants to be noticed for once. But what will the school think of her choice to change? Will they accept her? Will she finally get the attention that she’s been seeking? Will Cameron finally notice her?
