Playing around with the lab's staff and honing his battle skills. That is, until the professor gets abducted by a group of mysterious people. Getting introduced to Shadow Pokémon, Michael embarks on a journey to save the professor. Furthermore, it has now become Michael's job to put an end to Chiper's evil plans. This time, new Shadow Moves get introduced, both old and new locations will be explorerd and some familiar faces will return to the scenes. ------------------ This novel is based on the Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness game, which is developed by Genius Sonority, published by The Pokémon Company and distributed by Nintendo. Pokémon Cardinal is a storybook series on YouTube created by HoopsandHipHop, in which he describes his concept for a Canadian Pokémon game. This fanfic is my interpretation of what a Pokémon Adventures manga adaptation would be like. Much like how the YouTube series is not an actual video game, this story is only a literary version that follows the conventions of a typical pokéspe manga chapter. This is the story of a young toxtricity from Mexico city, who finds himself becoming a pokéuman and having to adjust to this strange new war-led society with all these sudden changes, yet despite it being a dream come true, is this new life truly worth living? part 1 of a two-part saga i plan on developing. this is not an original setting, this is a spin-off of an existing story from deviantart, this story as well originally published there before the inactivity of the pokéumans group, i still recommend checking said group and the original story to understand the setting since this story relies somewhat on existing worldbuilding.
