Ryoko Isagi is the older sister of Yoichi Isagi. While pressure is hard to manage at a young age, she took the challenge head-on to become the youngest FIFA World Cup player in Japan at the young age of 16.

But due to an accident she had to give up on her dreams. Though after winning the Female FIFA World Cup three years straight Ryoko honoured her country to be the only Asian team to have won the tournament.

As a commendation for her service for the Nation, she becomes an inductee for the Japan Football Association under Anri Teiri.

After failing to win the World Cup, there's unrest in the Japanese Soccer community. Many of the older patrons of the sport aren't too disturbed by the lack of trophies, but newcomer Ryoko is VERY furious.

She's determined to fix what she sees as the problem with Japanese players along with her Superior Anri Teiri

Ryoko Isagi is the manager handpicked by Ego Jinpachi to lead the winner is the Blue Lock Project. But due to some things that happens she makes her entry a bit too early into the project than she had to.
