When Wednesday and all the students come back to Nevermore for the new semester they meet their new head leader, Mrs. Howell. When a new student comes back to Nevermore after leaving last year in the middle of the year before Wednesday came, rumors start going out and around the school. 

Panic rises within the town when a teenager is found dead in the woods. Their body hung, bruised, and torn from inside out.
