The game was revealed at BlizzCon 2018. Diablo Immortal's debut trailer didn't display much gameplay. It could be a way of escalating the amount of skepticism already experienced by fans of the mobile-only game. What Blizzard did release was a short trailer that explained the fundamental premise of the game, which is teaming together with other players to take out malignant crystals known as Worldstone fragments.
