The snap effectively cut in half everything living thing in the universe. Our heroes after watching the world struggle to heal itself went back to fix their errors and restored the other have of the universe. As the galaxy gets more and more changes with beings who had died billons of years ago resurface so does the Earth. World leaders coming back after 5 years and issuing new laws to help people that have been blipped back leaving many on the streets. People fight back wanting justice and equality while trust breaks and wakanda losses their king and queen. In the clutches of the media there is one women who is trying to get by the changing world. Unfortunately she ends up face to face with an agent of the law.
