One night she makes a wish that she had a friend and she knew what it was like to have fun. Somehow, the 4 Dimension Dragons hear her wish and transport her to the Pendulum Dimension (World of Arc-VアークVの世界) where she meets Yuya Sakaki. Join Luan as she rediscovers what it's like to have fun and as she becomes the hero known as The Joker.
