The Arrow needs allies, he has two people to help, John Diggle, a burly body guard, and Felicity Smoak, a beautiful blonde I.T technician. But will this be enough to save the city from the recent outbreak of Vertigo, a high, that makes the rest of the world seem sad and desolate, and Mirikuru, a drug that can make anyone have superhuman abilities, but at devastating costs. Will the vigilante stand up and fight back? Or merely sit, and watch his city fall and crumble?

Too bad you're, you know, dead. Which is obviously a lot more worse for you than it is for me." What if, Oliver falls in love with this beautiful girl, but due to his mission he chooses not to engage with her, but simply spy on her, But hurts her in return in that process of keeping her safe.
