The Union reigned supreme. After the 2056 oil wars and the fall of the United Nations, they were all that was left to keep order on Earth. They are present in all of North and South America, Australia and Saharan Africa. Since it's foundation the Union has prioritized the freedom, happiness and safety of its citizens and humanity in general for close to a century. Or so we've been told. The truth is, it's all lies. Even the name, for something to be a Union all parties have to be willing.

The World We Built
The vast majority of the 21st century has come and gone. Our planet has devolved into four massive competing governments that control the Earth. All major intelligence agencies have been rolled up into a small few. The world is hurtling toward the next Great War. The death of freedom and equality are equally at hand. America, the missing personification of the world of nations. Finding out about the personification at a gala no less....... who would of guessed America had a personification, and a woman one at that. Imagine the surprise on the nations faces at finding out the World Superpower is a female personification! It isn't that woman don't exist but most thought it would be male! [So hi again, probably won't post this ever but if I do HI! I've been on a small writing craze along with reading craze about America not having a personification so why not join 'em? Also, this is basically a crossover between Countryhumans and Hetalia! Hetalia names belong to their creators unless mentioned, state names belong to me and Lectwist's! *This is a series story! Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.Complete

America is the loud, obnoxious, immature nation the countries know, right? But what if he wasn't? What secrets surface after a more than odd call shoves the crew of nations into a side of America most have never seen. For centuries mankind has been fascinated with the idea of discovery new lands, the earliest use of the term "New World" dates back to the 1500's, feeding their need for discovery and expansion. For as long as humanity has dreamed they have dreamed of the day they could reach the stars, but yet those dreams stayed only that: dreams. In 1969 those dreams felt less while childish fantasy but more like a reality when the first successful Moon landing took place. Over the next century Earth had made countless achievements in Space Exploration were made, it wasn't until the late 21st century that the first human colony on Mars was establish. This milestone proved humanity could both survive and thrive off of Earth. Eliminating any doubt that humanity was capable of claiming the stars themselves. The Horizon Project became humanity's most daring project, the construction of humanity's first ever Interstellar Colony Ship. Named after the Project since the success of this Project meant new shores were on the Horizon. The Horizon after many hardships and trials had finally finished construction despite the opposition of an extremist group who made their sole mission to ensure humanity's dream turned into nothing short of a nightmare
