Eggman gains the control over Sonic and his friends after an event that leaves his aircraft useless... and on the walk back to his base, he and the others are surprised when a local woman of the town they ended up in stops them from crossing an overpass. A crucial and secret part of Sonic's past will be revealed because of the story they are about to be told... of why people never cross that overpass at night like they were about to... the legend of the "Scythe Wielder".
