An old sage embarks on a long and forgotten quest to vanquish eight cursed tyrants that can not die. His son reminds him of a ritual that allows them to find warriors called Hero Dyes. They are said to be strong enough to take back the kingdom from these cursed tyrants. Together they set out to find their first champion. Her name is Bridget, a knight who is also the descendant of Bedivere, the one who returned Excalibur to the Lady of the Lake.
