Julian Williams used to be another blank face in the crowd. That was until bad omen wrapped its icy arms around him. Thunder bellowed and waves crashed down upon his ship. Tears struck down their face much like the fierce rain that flooded the vessel. Strong currents of the water drowned their parents, and so did his young innocence.
Now he was taken in by a supernatural group of humanoid creatures, they're still a family right? Raised to be a spy, he were sent to a mission to spy on the group's enemy, the catch is: he needs to learn human decency again.

My father, the commander of the elite group chosen to live amongst the stars, brought me along for the journey. The Ragged Robin
Julian... Not a particularly likeable individual. However, he bears much hope despite not being a beacon of such. His friends get dragged along with him for a school holiday and it remains a mystery whether he had learned anything from his actions. What forces Julian to act as such? And why does he not conform? His friends always knew that Julian was a deprived individual, but never to this extent. As they try to help Julian figure out his life, they too are eventually sucked up by Julian like an abyss - A hopeless pursuit. It culminates into a courageous yet bleak future for our conflicted characters.Complete

Being a mer living among humans was something Callem and his brother were finally beginning to get used to. They dressed in clothing, most of the time. They ate without making a mess, sometimes. And they loved their humans, or in Mellac's case, their human's bodies.
