Macaque decides to try and befriend Wukong once again and it works! Obviously theres moments where he could only focus on the present and future but the past is still lingering behind.. Just because he wants their friendship back doesnt mean he's ready to forgive him.
He cant forgive and forget. Not yet.
Wukong knows this, he's even moving slowly for Macaque.
He's very willing to do everything to atone and get his friend back.
But is Macaque going to give him that chance?
Or are there going to be things convincing him further, reminding him of Wukong's past deeds?
Hi, this is a repost of At Ease! Things will just be worded a bit differently because I actually have a writing style now- But the plot should remain the same unless I don't like a few side stories I added in.
And I'm very sorry but my motivation is much worse than last years so please wait for (around) chapter 37 to come out because that was where we left off.

Macaque sets out on a journey to find answers about his powers, and information on the Nine Headed Demon before MK and the others get hurt. Through his journey he encounters many leads, friends, and enemies. Macaque has to fight not only demons on his journey, but inner demons as well. Will Macaque become, Lost in Chaos? --- This story takes place directly after the events of season 5 in LMK. --- This story will have blood in it, as well as angst. It will dive into the pasts of Macaque and Wukong. As well as the pasts of the Nine Headed Demon. Characters from both the book and the show will appear in this, as well as some from Chinese mythology. The story has a slow progression but one you don't want to miss! This is intended as a YA Fiction. --- There is a prologue for those who haven't watched the show, or read the book, in chapter 1! Sun Wukong sighed, letting his feet dangle off the edge of the ship, the wind was harshly blowing against him. Even when the ship was sitting still, the deserts wind was still harsh. Mk, sensing a new story to learn, sat down next to his mentor with excitement. Only when he saw the somber look did he realize the weight this story had on him. "Um... Who is she again?" Mk asked, rubbing the back of his neck, looking backwards to the rest of the crew. Sun Wukong grumbled words before shaking his head with a sigh. "Someone that I had accidentally mistreated." Mk turned back around as the rest of the crew got closer to listen in on Wukongs story. His tail was carefully tucked next to him as he rested his head in a palm. "She was just trying to do her job, but slowly her friends fell one by one. They were driven to insanity from the burden their job held. She was the strongest one, and she was the last to fall. She succumbed to her power, and it slowly ran through her. All I can say is that the last thing that remained of her was a pile of ash." Wukong slowly pulled a small looking urn.
