It's December, James and Cordelia's wedding is approaching, Christopher hasn't seen Pluto face-to-face in nearly a month: they've been separated long-distance since he returned from their shared travels and Pluto had to stay behind. Just as he's settling into the rhythm of writing letters back and forth, Pluto returns in time for the wedding, bringing along a friend and, it quickly turns out, a whole new host of problems. Pluto's return to London has opened a door for yet more entities who want to put their hands on the already war-torn Enclave - players with names unknown, and in a city the size of London, they might be impossible to find. Or, tiny lesbians, mad scientists, and the resurrected vs. the plot of Chain of Iron.

(Sequel to Project Revenge) "You asked me to run away with you once, do you remember?" A conversation plays in my mind like a song. Slow and distant. "Yeah," he sighs wistfully "i remember." He looks at me up through his long, blonde lashes from where he's perched on edge of his mothers corner sofa like he shouldn't be looking at me at all. Like somehow he's sinning. "Do you ever wonder what our lives would be like if we'd actually gone through with it?" A question i had asked myself every single day for eight years. I watch it register across his face. "I did. It used to be all i thought about." He admits and rises from his seat to busy himself with straightening out the picture frames on the side table. His long, tan fingers lingering on some more than others. "What's changed?" His back tences as i ask and he turns to me attempting to straighten out his disheveled shirt and tie "Everythings changed Clary. I'm getting married in the morning." °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Time changes everything, even love. Clary Fray had convinced herself that, despite everything, she was over Jace Herondale. She no longer thought about his lazy smirk and care free attitude, his bright gold eyes that could put the sun to shame or even the way those eyes had looked at her once the way mankind gazed apon the night sky. Or so she thought until she recieved an invitation to his wedding and the years melted away.

{snap, shatter, and howl, pt. i } When Sydney Herondale returns from a year of tour in Romania, she's a very, very different woman from the girl Matthew left behind at the Shadowhunter academy years ago: a new version of Sydney that he finds himself inexplicably falling for. But this is not as simple as it seems: demons attack in broad daylight, James's love life wreaks havoc on everyone else's emotions, and Matthew slowly begins to realize that the Sydney who returned from Romania may understand his own pain better than he thinks... Or, this time, there's someone to stop Matthew from spiraling.
