In this film, a specialist in ghosts and paranormal activity and dealing with them, is called for a special case in a mansion, that seems to be inhabited with spirits. In this place lives Casper, who is a very friendly ghost, since it is his home, back when he was still a hman boy. The specialist's daughter meets Casper, and soon become friends. But a group of people come to the mansion to do some harm and damage, and take some objects and properties from the place. Casper, her new friend and her dad have to stop the antagonists from having their own way and have to save the day.
