When Jax arrives at St Xavier's Institute of Social Sciences he only had one thing to do, find what happened to his sister who went missing eight years before. This was his only reason to enroll into the Institution which made the lives of its students a living hell. His mission was simple.
Enroll in the Institute. Search around for what happened to his sister, and gather evidence to prove that she was kidnapped and not went missing like how his parents proclaim.
But there is a problem to this perfectly laid out plan when he meets Wren. His long lost best friend now turned enemy. And Wren isn't happy to see Jax, in fact Wren is out to make the life of Jax even more difficult than it can be at the Institute.
When old feelings rise and forbidden romance becomes impossibly true, how does Jax and Wren handle themselves at the mercy of an Institution which preys on its own children for dark purposes hidden from the rest of the world.

I could not answer anything because he was right. Every time we are close, something happens and never for good. It is like we always bring out the bad parts of each other.

It's like baking, almost, you have to mix the right ingredients together, and if you add the wrong ones things can taste hideous even if they look good. It's a lot like our words. But I've mastered how to tell someone just a little about myself but doing it in a way that makes the person in front of me think they know a lot. Jasper, somehow, sees through this every fucking time and it's absolutely infuriating.
