This is purely for people to get a better grasp on how I interpret Stella Himansha and her fellow Octonauts' characters. I'll start with Stella and move on to other characters (ex. Captain Barnacles b/c I have his file written out already). 
Keep in mind that this information applies to "Commander Stella's Saga." Not the Academy AU which I have yet to finish and publish.
