Under the crippling pressure of time, Dr Theo Gilbert creates what he hopes is a cure for most neurodegenerative diseases. Nothing is more important to him than saving his Ma.

Only, there's something very wrong with his workplace. It's not quite the government-free utopia it's promised to be. And to make matters worse, Theo's cure is stolen before he can properly record its sinister side effects.
