Intertwining threads (ON HIATUS)

This story isn't meant to be A cross-over exactly As it is more an intertwining of these characters' identity's to make something To fit into the avatar universe. I'm not sure if I want to introduce all of the other characters aside from Hazel and frank. So moving onto the actual summary stuff- Years after avatar Korras passing the earth kingdom supposedly found their new avatar years later little do the citizens of the world and earth kingdom know the real avatar was being raised within the confines of political leader Pluto's home for 16 years. And she is finally ready to get out.
