After living her final days in bed due to medical health problems on Earth, Y/n was sent to Equestria reborn as an alicon pony to watch over spirits who are lost and guide them to the light. 

Along her journey, she encounters the mane 6 with various adventures ahead and the lessons of the meaning of friendship. 

But not only when friendship is learned, there was also love involved and Y/n doesn't know she has stallion admirers wrapped around her hoof.
