Roymound Gribbleston was a very rich man who was married and had 2 sons, which the older one dies in an accident. A mafia boss named Shrignold meets up with Roy and tells him that his daughter, Michelle, must marry Roy's younger son, Manny, or else "the consequences will follow". Roy has no idea that Shrignold was only doing it for money.

On the other hand, Manny was already dating classmate Maria Claire. Michelle was a gold digger and so she agrees with her father's plan of getting her married to the boy she's in love with. Scared of Shrignold's death threats, Roy does everything to get his son to go along his agreement with the mafia boss. However, Manny refuses as he just loves Claire so much and has promised to himself that she will be his future wife.
