Twigs snapped. I heard the leaves rustling in the breeze. I turned around. A figure emerged out of the woods.
He said something I couldn't hear. I turned away and ran through the woods. I hid behind a thick oak tree squating peering out from the side. I turned around. A blurred figure shot through the woods. I turned to face the tree and closed my eyes. I felt an icy hand on my shoulder. I tensed up.
"Who are you?" I whispered. There was no answer.
"Who are you?" I gritted my teeth saying louder.
"Blake... Blake Crichton. And you?" He said leaning against an tree adjacent from me. I stood up and brushed off my jeans.
"Alexandra Kohl." I said taking a step away from him.
"And what do you think your doing in the woods alone at this hour." He said.
"Why would you care?" I say.
"Ahh... Feisty one..." He answered.
"Back off!" I said.
"Do you mind if I walk you home?" He said.
"Back off!!" I screamed even louder. He reached out a hand and I pushed him into a tree and ran home.
