The only thing keeping them stable are their bandmates "Flake", "Doom", Till Lindemann and Oliver Riedel, together they are Rammstein.

He also meets Sven Kruspe, a depressed young man who ends up at Eichberg after a failed suicide attempt. Will Till and the others survive? Is there hope in their future?
