This story is loosely based off of the March 23rd Ambush in Iraq and the infamous ambush in the city of Benghazi.
This story is not supposed to be a 'remake' of these historical events and is not meant to offend anyone.
As someone whose paternal grandfather was a Former United States Marine and a CIA Officer, whose maternal grandfather was a Former Navy Officer, and whose cousin now serves in the United States Air Force, I thank all of the brave and honorable soldiers in the world for putting their lives on the line for their country.
