Chloe's brother and Ross are close friends and have been since they were little kids. He barely paid attention to her that was before they engaged for the first time in years and his heart fluttered for her. Chloe try's not to engage after there incident but Ross's heart just keeps growing bigger for her. Will she push him away or let her true feelings spill out?
