"Mommy, where's daddy?" Emma asked dumbfounded and filled with curiosity.
I weakly smiled to her making it look authentic enough for her to believe. Where was Harry? Flashbacks started playing through my head. Memories. Pain. Loneliness. I was trying to hold the tears from streaming down my face in front of my 6 year old daughter.
"He's at work sweetie. He'll be back soon." I lied.
