In 3045, the U.S. Democratic democracy has become a monarchy after a twenty year war that started in 2020. During this time, supernaturals were discovered and now intermingle with the human society... A prince who has never had a worry in his life and a seventeen year old girl go head to head. When Prince Xavier, prince of what use to be the US, hits Lanie Threat's car on a rainy night. Xavier's parents cut him off from the family and forces him to live with Lanie. Lanie has always had an issue with the supernaturals since her parents were killed by vampires, who were after her family's billion dollar business. But when the spoiled prince slowly becomes very kind and helpful, she becomes suspicious of what he is up to. And what happens when he suddenly becomes overprotective and smothers her space with two royal guards 24/7? Their once normal lives become chaos.

When she learned how the world ended where it was, Sephora's shoulders felt heavy with her knowledge. Being a stubborn, independent person, the girl doubles down on her resolve when the world she knows crumbles beneath her feet. What else could she do when her mere birth had done enough?
