How does being the 1st child of a conglomerate sound? Nice right?
Now how does being born with several terminal illnesses and disorders sound?
It's terrible and that's the case for our protagonist here.

This is not the story of some guy who suffers all his life and gets the chance to go to some fantasy world and become the hero or transmigrate into the villain of some novel's body.
Instead, this is a story of a bedridden boy getting dragged into getting a weird system and being forced into a different world.

"..... What the fuck?"

He was originally predestined to become the savior of that world and receive all the admiration, love and care he didn't in the past but then....

"Hmm... This one seems defective. Take the other summoned and throw this one out!"

Upon his isekai where he was supposed to rise and stand above all, He was Instead left for dead.

He made his resolve to become an unstoppable force but he realised life decided to mess with him again and he was captured by vampires and used as a guinea pig to turn a human into a full vampire!
It was a success and the vampire community sent him off to survive in the world of humans.

The problem is that humans are racist as hell in this world to the point were they'd kill other races on sight!
Rescuing the people and becoming a good guy isn't really his thing as even he is struggling to survive.

From getting kidnapped through a system to other world to being thrown away and then being captured by vampires..... Who knows what this 21st century guy will face in this world!
