Born in the depths of Hell, raised as the son of King Radius and Queen Lilith, Zephyr was destined to be the next great ruler of demons, the harbinger of nightmares. His blood burned with power, his soul carved from fire itself. And yet, something within him rebelled against the path laid before him. He did not crave destruction. He did not wish to rule through fear. He did not want to be the monster they all expected him to be.
And so, he ran.
Fleeing the only world he had ever known, Zephyr escaped to the mortal realm, desperate to carve out a different fate. But from the moment he arrived, chaos followed in his wake. A tsunami upon his descent. Fire he could not control. Lives lost by hands that only sought to save. No matter how hard he tried, his attempts at heroism were stained with tragedy. To the humans, he was a murderer. A monster.
He swore he would prove them wrong.
In his journey, he found unlikely allies. Sylph, a forest nymph who saw past his bloodline and into the heart of the boy beneath. Nixie, a mischievous pixie with boundless energy and a devotion stronger than steel. Ryo, an exiled angel, burdened with arrogance and the weight of his own failures. And Soren, a vampire-witch hybrid with secrets buried deep beneath his crimson gaze.
Together, they fought against the forces that sought to drag Zephyr back to the destiny he had defied. Angels who saw him as a threat to be erased. Demons who demanded their lost prince's return. Gods who feared the awakening of something long buried.
And through it all, a voice whispered in the recesses of his mind.
A voice that was his.
A voice that was not.
Because Zephyr was not just running from Hell. He was running from himself.
