The world is not what you've known is not what you thought to be. There are secrets that are hidden away from the public, lies that were told by those who have power and people have to be slinet in hopes to keep the secrets of either corruption or their crimes have been committed but chose to kept it a secret even by mean ruining someone's life to keep it that way.

However secrets will not last long, a young boy named Y/n L/n have just arrived to Tokyo in Japan to expose a corrupt high tech police force who have been responsible for many fales charges to civilians and other things. Y/n's is a master hacker who is nicknamed "The Shadow" as he blends in within the shadows and expose the actions to corrupt police forces, politicians and leaders of Tokyo.

However he's not the only one that hides within the shadows, a team of teenage high school girls are trained to fighting within the shadows as ninjas or Shinobi's and fight justice by using ninja skills they have learned. Now Y/n must make allies in hopes to expose the corruption within Tokyo and make sure their crimes will be served for the actions they have done.
