God, even after all this time seeing him still made her flustered. She took a breath and tried calming her nerves. She slowly made her way to the tree he was sitting under. Just as she was about to speak he looked up. Their eyes met. It was as if an explosion had gone off inside her. Alarm bells were ringing. She almost had to look away.
