Asteria's parents were the king and queen of Wisteria until they were assassinated by the Duke of Wisteria. Somehow Asteria was smuggled out of the Castle the night of the assassination and hidden away. For years there have been rumors about the Princess of Wisteria being alive and one day coming to avenge her parents and reclaim her throne as Queen of Wisteria. The Duke will stop at nothing to locate and kill the Princess.
Aiden rescues Asteria from being discovered and killed by the Duke. Asteria doesn't know why she loves Aiden but she only knows that he is her true Mate and truest Love. Aiden must break the news to her that her mother was a Dragon and that she is one as well. They're destined to be together and to Rule both lands Drakinire and Westeria.
