Ever since the emergence of the first quirk in QingQing city in China, numerous various quirks emerged without the cause being identified. The world has become a superhuman society and 80% of the world's population now has some kind of special trait and in the world swirling with chaos, one profession that everyone admired came into the limelight and that professional is a hero.

Now such a case was a boy who was born with a mysterious imprint on his left hand having no idea what it is which lead to him becoming quirkless until one day when he was about to face his demise, a certain turn of events occured that changed his life completely.

With one that has the goal of protecting them both while the other follows his sister, they're on their way to be heroes together. Soon, everything begins to go downhill as Kanetsu and Mizu continue falling down a hole of trouble. Them and the people they've befriended at the school soon need to figure out how to defend themselves...while having to defend others. ----------------------- WARNING! This story is pretty heavy and gets more dark in later chapters. If you are sensitive to multiple dark themes which will usually be named at the beginning of that chapter, this story is most likely not for you.
