Shadow Web is an Ranger that was best friends with Hunter and Blake before being sent away.

Shadow has heard that the academy's have been attacked and students being captured by Lothor but there are still survivers that Fight Lothor known as Power rangers.

So Shadow goes to Blue Bay to help the other rangers and hopefully renuinite with his best friends ( maybe possible his crush)
