Bit Rider

He is not known by a real name, and for those who 'know' of his name have merely assembled it so that their weak human minds can put personality behind actions. They call him The Bit Rider or 'Bit' for short, but he does not have to identify himself in such a way, he knows the truth, that he is an artificial intelligence put together by memories and information stored on blogs, videos, and websites in general decrypted with a simple yet complex program scripted by the late NSA director. While most of his collection of data informs him which courses of action to take and what the general populous would approve of, there is no law that criminals can't keep digital diaries!
