Things go awry for Robyn's friend group when the government discards the drinking age and promotes its new alcoholic beverage. These bottles are flying off the shelves and into teens' hands as underage drinking becomes history. Unfortunately, these drinks aren't what they seem. With symptoms of peeling skin, foul odor, and a taste for blood, drinkers of "The Constitution" begin morphing into dangerous and unidentifiable beings. Thousands of questions fill these teens' minds as they search for safety and answers. With a few stolen weapons and a shitty school bus, how are they going to survive these... Alkies?
