This is kind of an AU to my other story "The Bell Never Rang" that I started in 7th grade. It'll take place in the same universe, but from the POV of a different group. It's been a few years since I first wrote the first story, and my writing style has changed and I have different ideas for this story, so I hope whoever is reading this enjoys!

Lie in Ruin
Six abandoned orphans in an apocalyptic world. The alien meteors that slammed into the world in 2028 plagued the world after wiping out most of the population. Then, creatures began to come from it. Creatures from myth and hell. Creatures that would climb their way to the top of the food chain, shoving humans from their pedestal. After wiping out most of the adults and most of the children, most that remain are teenagers between the ages of thirteen and twenty. Some are lucky. Some are not. These six are just trying to survive, not change the world. Though it would be a nice thing to rebuild the world. **DISCLAIMER** There are probably gonna be quite a few errors because I did not edit this. I glanced over it while compiling them but I doubt I got any mistakes. If you see one, just correct it in your head. There is no reason to draw much attention to it. This is also very short. It's around 16,000 words but only about 8 chapters. I have considered a sequel, since I enjoyed writing this. We will see how it all plays out. Thank you :)Complete

A seven year old girl trying to survive the zombie apocalypse in a fairly small city in rural New Mexico. This is the third in my short story series taken from the universe created for my first book. Ardamin: Clone #7. These short stories are more horror focused than the main book. But how can you tell the story of a zombie apocalypse without some horror? This story is unedited and first draft as keeping with my first two short stories posted to Instagram and therefore will not be polished or fixed with multiple drafts leading to an end product. This story was meant to be raw or just as it poured from my head. Spelling and punctuation errors are only to be expected, if the cause you some offence well... that's just the way this story was made. (Not finished, never will finish it. Funny to say, I wrote this back in my first year of high school for, honestly, shits and giggle but it blew up???? Idk... but I kinda just lost the original plot so it's all over the place, grammar doesn't make sense, nothing in this fucking book makes sense. So my apologies for the dear people whom have read this. I apologize for it being the way it is and how my mind just simply fucked it all up. I thought I could personally make my way up to the top and be so damn happy with it, yet looking back at my 14/15 year old self, it simply was a rich feeling that I was on top; to be honest, I felt like I was best out of all. Looking back and maturing A LOT, I don't feel or think that way. I understand we all have different writing skills or grammar; but that is simply just not in my case. I wrote this out of being greedy and thinking I simply wanted everyone to like it but turns out; even the painter hates its awful paintings. So you may read it if you would like, or don't. Just... idk, thinking about simply deleting it.) [But what I wanted to say is sorry.
