Yes, you've heard before, and you're hearing it again. It's in newspapers, magazines, books, in advertisements, and it's followed you here. You've heard of pills, supplements, strange exercises, and much more.
But what I have to offer is simple dieting and exercise tips.
This book contains no miracle. But, it's includes inspiration, helpful tips, and things that work (if you actually try). There's no use dieting if you're not prepared to stick to it. One day of success isn't going to make a lasting effect. You have to work at it and persevere.
Enclosed is a wide variety of diets I've gathered from experience, books, the Internet, and people I know. I've dieted too and I'm looking to do it again. What's different about these diets is that they're focused mainly on diets popular in Asia.
Yes, you've seen them. The skinny twig-like models of Asia. Well, I have their secrets. You can look like them. Really, you can. It's not impossible. Thigh gaps, a tiny waist - the whole package. How? Well, you'll just have to open up and see, won't you?

Life as a child was amazing. Your weight didn't matter. Your clothes didn't matter. Your parents money didn't matter. All that mattered was who you were going to play with, but that's all gone now. Strict rules to follow and always the possible guilt of doing something your not supposed to always looming over her head. Can someone trying to escape a super controlling and strict religious upbringing, find themselves in the big city. Will Faith find confidence in herself to finally be comfortable, or will she remain strict on keeping her past a secret. Will she find unknown feelings in her best friends older brother? Even though secrets surround his darker side that she isn't used to. Faith has a whole future to fill full of new things for herself. What or who will she fill it with? ~~Listen, there are probably going to be triggering aspects to this story as it goes so please use your best judgement, and only read if you are in a safe enough headspace to read a story containing those things. Keep yourself safe first. TW~ abuse, eating disorder, body image issues, spiritual abuse, rape. I will try to update this list if anything needs to be added Also this is going to be like the opposite of those books romanticizing super strict religious lives. Nothing against them if it works for you, those views just aren't going to be in this book. Some of this story will be based on my own experiences dealing with some of the aspects of this story.
Blue Hair and Bruised Knees
My life used to be pretty boring. Everything was average. Normal family, normal looks, normal house, normal job, normal life. The only non-boring aspect of my life was my best friend which was only because she always managed to mess it up somehow. I didn't really mind much because it kept things interesting. That is until she disappeared leaving me to care for her fatherless child with nothing more than a few hundred pounds and a sorry note. She did ruin my old life. She ruined everything that I'd actually cared for. My parents hated the fact that I was 'throwing my life away' for a child that wasn't mine. Not to mention illegally. I dyed my hair blue in rebellion. My own way of saying "F*CK YOU!" ...They kicked me out shortly after. I couldn't find a decent job in the area and the rumors became so vicious that I just left and never looked back. Old life: Destroyed, unraveled, completely gone. Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. Well, this is a journal, so you found it. Can I say Happy reading into my life? The life of a kid who hates love. This is a love story, darling. Well, I don't know about you but I hate school, I have been told it is a place to mingle with good souls and create moments to cherish and to get yourself educated. It is a place for youth to strive and bloom into respected beings. It is a sanctuary of sanity. If you ask me, school is the definition of drama as it is the birthplace of drama. Youth is the ambassador of chaos, you can either make the chaos good or bad, worth the pleasure or the very cause of death. Life is too short to live with a sane mind, there is no harm in breaking rules to live life the way you want as long as it makes you good. As with any classical young adult romance, this book is filled with horny, hormone imbalance, chemical imbalances, not loved and very well-loved, mature(childish), caring(cruel ) teenagers. All of this drama only started because of one guy, Mark Austin Jawa, the golden boy of Winter Abyss High School. Maybe Mark had nothing to do at all.It was just about 4 kids learning to live Did I forget to say, there are inhuman beings as well in this story? There are romance, drama, revenge, supernatural, chaos, lust, betrayal, hate, friendship, mental health issues, Johnny Christopher Depp || fan and hater, selenophile, diversity of nations and their skins and of course, there are gays. There are also LGBTQ ++ in this pure chaos-filling story of 21st-century humans and the Novel Coronavirus 2019 Disease better known as Covid 19. Oh, I almost forgot, this tale is even more screw up than the famous love story of Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare.Complete
sad or happy - choose
Many of us are not happy about ourselves, something we have done or not done, or the way we react to other people. We keep recycling sad thoughts until they become what we are. We can break this cycle . . . we really can choose to be happy. For most people being happy is not difficult but it does require persistence to undo the habits of a life time. There are many simple techniques to promote happiness. Some of them you probably heard from your grandmother . . . but there are other, less obvious ways. The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight, uses 20% of the oxygen consumed by the body and . . . is often not under our control. Proof? Try counting slowly with your eyes closed in a quiet place. How far did you get before you lost count and started thinking about something else? Many people can't make it past ten. Drugs are not the answer. Why risk addiction while destroying your lungs and your brain with alcohol, nicotine (smoking tobacco or vaping), cannabis (marijuana), opium derived drugs like Oxycontin or other unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals? If you need to dispel a bad mood, use one or more meditation techniques, evolution's natural way to obtain happiness.
