Izuku yagi always wanted to be a hero but everyone always made fun of him and even some heroes told him that he can never become a hero because he will just hold them back.
But izuku didn't give up, his father always supported his dream and even told him that quirkless people can become a hero, but they gave to work harder and never give up even if people push them down.
