"No phenomenon is a physical phenomenon until it is an observed phenomenon." --- John Archibald Wheeler.
Lucy Allen never thought her life was going to be normal. When she was 3 years old, her mother was murdered by a man in red and yellow lightning, and her father wrongfully went to prison for it. The former seemed impossible, but that didn't stop her or her older brother Barry from trying to prove their father's innocence. As a believer in the impossible, a part of Lucy was sure that she would see more impossible things in her life at some point.
Then everything changed the night Harrison Wells' particle accelerator exploded.
Since then, Lucy's life has never been the same, and it only led to more hardships. The biggest one? Having to keep her elemental abilities and superhero identity from Joe, Iris, and worst of all, her brother, who has a very similar secret of his own.

I don't own the DC universe. I only own Lucy and her storyline. And any OCs that I decide to throw in. Thank you.
